MEET HALEY

Board Certified Nutrition Practitioner, AANWP, CN-P

I’ve always had a deep interest in cooking, nutrition, and all things related to self-care and wellness, though for a long time I never imagined it could become a career.

Instead, I pursued a path in healthcare and spent the past five years working as a bedside respiratory therapist in pediatric critical care, including the NICU, PICU, and Children’s Emergency Department. I entered this field with a strong desire to help care for and save the lives of babies and children, believing it would be the most meaningful way to serve others.

While I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and the families I was able to support, working in critical care can also be emotionally heavy. Witnessing so many difficult and heartbreaking situations began to take a toll on my own well-being. During that time, I also became increasingly aware of how most chronic conditions are managed in the hospital setting, with limited education around prevention or long-term lifestyle support.

That realization was eye-opening.

I began to understand that my true passion lies not in reactionary care, but in preventative care, helping people build sustainable habits that support their health before problems arise. I saw firsthand how many patients and caregivers were missing this type of guidance and support, and it inspired me to pursue a different path.

Today, I specialize in women’s wellness, where I focus on helping women nourish their bodies, support their health through lifestyle and nutrition, and truly thrive. Supporting clients in creating sustainable, preventative approaches to their health is what brings me the greatest fulfillment.
